Ensemble Meranbaroque (Baroque Instrumental Ensemble)

Born: 2003 - Merano, Italy

Founded in 2003 by Stephan Kofler and Gianni Maraldi, Ensemble Meranbaroque is made up of musicians with extensive international experience in the field of Baroque music, who collaborate with famous ensembles, such as Il Giardino Armonico, Accademia Bizantina, Concerto Italiano, Ensemble Matheus, Europa Galante, and play in most famous theaters and concert halls in the world (Carnegie Hall, New York; Musikvereinssaal, Wien; Ojii Hall, Tokyo; Teatro del Rosario, Buenos Aires). The musicians play with original antique instruments or copies of Baroque instruments.
