Elisabeth Raßbach-Külz (Soprano)

Born: Germany

The German soprano Elisabeth Raßbach-Külz started violin lessons at the age of 5, but then switched to singing at the age of 15. She studied singing at the Universität Magdeburg with Professor Monika Köhler. In December 2006, she completed her diploma examination with great success. she successfully completed a postgraduate course in the context of the concert exams in 2010.

Elisabeth Raßbach-Külz performs opera, operetta and musical programs at festivals, was in he 1st Lady in W.A. Mozart's Die Zauberflöte, arranges gives Lieder recitals and performs solo parts in the field of church music (including J.S. Bach's Weihnachts-Oratorium (BWV 248),George Frideric Handel's Messiah, J. Haydn's The Seasons, W.A. Mozarts Requiem, and Coronation Mass).

From 2008 to 2012 Elisabeth Raßbach-Külz worked freelance in the radio choirs of the RBB, MDR Rundfunkchor Leipzig, NDR-Chor and the RIAS-Kammerchor. In the summer of 2008 and 2009 she appeared at the Opel-Classic-Open-Air in Magdeburg to experience.

Her first role on the theater stage took her in 2009 as Minna Planer in piece by Richard Wagner in Magdeburg (on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Wagner-Verbands -Magdeburg). Since January 2012 she is a permanent member of the Opernchores am Theater Kiel.
