The Belgian soprano and voice teacher, Jana Pieters, obtained her Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature: English-Spanish from Universiteit Gent (2007-2010); her Master of Arts degree in Corporate communication from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2011-2012); and her Bachelor of Music degree in Classical Music Performance: Singing (2013-2016) and her Master of Music degree (2016-2018) from Hogeschool Gent Conservatorium. She won the Prix du Public at Concours Corneille 2017 with Le Poème Harmonique.
Jana Pieters was a member of the MM Academy, La Monnaie - De Munt (2015-2018). She has been Voice Teacher at Muziekacademie Sint-Pieters-Woluwe since 2019 and Voice Teacher at Kunstacademie Poperinge since September 2019. She currently lives in Gent, Belgium.
