Philip Niederberger (Baritone)

Born: Landau/Palatinate, Germany

The German baritone, Philip Niederberger, studied at the Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mannheim with Rudolf Piernay and Jutta Gleue and sang in the Kammerchor Stuttgart (Director: Frieder Bernius), among others. He lives with his wife and three sons in Landau, is a choir director and organist there and has been with the SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart (Directors: Marcus Creed/Yuval Weinberg) since 2007. He is also a member of the Chamber Choir of Europe and performs as a soloist in concerts. He is also a member of Vokalensemble Capella Carlsruhe (Director: Peter Gortner).
