The Brazilian soprano, Daiana Melo, obtained her Master of Music degree in Musical Performance from UFMG - Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (July 2013-November 2015); and her degree in singing from UFOP. She currently studies for her Doctor of Musical Arts at UFMG (since 2021).

Daiana Melo is Professor of Singing at the Escola de Música da UEMG - Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais (since October 2017); and singer in Coral Lírico de Minas Gerais - Palácio das Artes (since 2014).
