The American mezzo-soprano and music teacher, Katherine Engel Meifert, obtained here Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education and Musical Studies from the Crane School of Music at Potsdam College. She is currently completing her Master of Music in Musicology at Boston University.
Katherine Engel Meifert teaches piano and voice in the Metro-west area near Boston. In addition to being a professional vocalist, she enjoys playing many other instruments. She is an active member of the Sudbury Savoyards, a performing group that raises money for world hunger relief. In addition to her musical interests, she also enjoys volleyball, running, canoeing, hiking, and other various outdoor activities. She currently lives in Clinton, Massachusetts. |
