Alexander Lauer (Baritone)

Born: Germany

The German baritone, Alexander Lauer, received his musical training at the Hochschule für Musik Saar. He finished the church and school courses with major subject organ with Professor Andreas Rothkopf, and the subjects of theology and musicology at the University of Saarbrücken. Since 1998, he studied musical theater / concert singing with Professor Rosemarie Bühler-Fey and Lieder singing in the master-class with Professor Irwin Gage.

From 2002 to 2006 Alexander Lauer was a member of the Rundfunkchor Berlin, at this time, he received an important impetus for his artistic activity. Since 2006 he works as a Dean Kantor in Losheim am See. He directs several choirs, including children's and youth choirs.
