Asael Gonzalez Castillo (Tenor)

Born: Pinar del Río, Cuba

The Cuban tenor, Asael Gonzalez Castillo, is a double major in Voice and Music Education at Friends University. His voice teacher is Dr. Schloneger. His roles at Friends University have included: Fakir in The Secret Garden (February 2019), Mr. Angel in W.A. Mozart's The Impresario (March 2019), Daryl in Bright Star (November 2019), Dr. Blind in Die Fledermaus (March 2020), and Oronte in George Frideric Handel's Alcina (October 2020). He gave his junior recital in November 2021.
