Philip Daggett (Tenor)

Born: April 21, 1962 - Chesterfield, England

The English tenor, Philip Daggett, obtained his AGSM (Associate of the Guildhall School) degree from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London in 1989..

Philip Daggett has sung at the Company Welsh National Opera (April 1993-July 2000) and the English National Opera. He has sung the roles of Pang in Turandot, Tamino W.A. Mozart's Magic Flute, Ferrando in W.A. Mozart's Cosi fan Tutte, Paris in La Belle Helene, Normanno in Lucia di Lammermoor, Gaston in La Traviata, Faninal Major Domo in Der Rosenkavalier, Parpignol in La Boheme, Gondolier in Benjamin Britten's Death in Venice, Student in Tales of Hoffman, Shapkin in From the House of the Dead, Spoletta in Tosca, Monsieut Triquet in Eugene Onegin. He was also a member of The Sixteen (Director: Harry Christophers).
