Solo engagements include performances with Auckland Choral Society, Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra, Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, and the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. Recent appearances include alto soloist in a programme with Bach Musica (Auckland) and alto solo in George Frideric Handel's Messiah with Napier Civic Choir.

"Sarah Court was an outstanding alto soloist when Bach Musica gave us this work in 2010. Three years have matured her voice and musicianship. From the start, she revealed how recitatives should tell stories and even take an emotional stand while, in arias, she showed the rare ability to make the most gnarly lines seem disarmingly natural.” - New Zealand Herald, Tuesday December 10 2013, William Dart
