The Spanish counter-tenor, José Carrión Balbuena, has a degree in Art History and a PhD from the Universidad de Sevilla (October 1998-June 2003). He is also in possession of MAES and B2 of English; and is currently preparing to obtain C1 in English.
José Carrión is Cultural Training teacher, Music teacher and Geography and history teacher at Junta de Andalucía in Sevilla since October 2011. He is also a counter-tenor singer.
José Carrión consider him a very hard-working person and concerned about knowledge, values, education and learning. He is especially concerned with culture and art and he thinks that education is the perfect means to transmit them. After having 10 years of experience teaching in various sectors, he reaffirms his absolute passion for it and, after having practiced in public education, work that he was passionate about; he is especially interested in doing it now in private education, where other values prevail that, for him, are essential, being the private sphere of education something that he admires and from which he can carry out a work of transmission of knowledge that is very appropriate, because, for E, apart from fulfilling the educational program, it is essential that students learn to relate facts and knowledge already acquired, thus reinforcing their learning. He is very interested in teamwork and, having worked for so long with very different age groups, he has the ability to deal very well with the public and he has the necessary social skills. |
